Backend PHP Developer
Location: Chennai. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). Experience: 0 to 1 year of experience in backend development. Freshers with good knowledge in PHP may also apply.
Must Knowledge
- Proficiency in PHP programming
- Experience with at least one backend framework (Laravel, CakePHP, Yii, CodeIgniter)
- Familiarity with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and writing SQL queries
- Basic understanding of RESTful API development
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)
Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and talented Backend Web Developer to join our dynamic team. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining backend services using PHP and Laravel, collaborating with front-end developers, designing and implementing APIs, troubleshooting and maintaining applications, and writing clean, well-documented code.
Preferred Skills
- Hands-on experience with Laravel framework
- Knowledge of web server technologies like Apache or Nginx
- Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment pipelines
