We're Inclusive Minds - India's only full-service political consultancy with a national footprint, working alongside the Indian National Congress. We build the campaigns and narratives that show up on your feed, your TV and your group chats during election season. You'd be designing for that - creatives that land in front of lakhs, sometimes crores, who form an opinion in the 1.5 seconds before they scroll.
What you'll actually be doing:
- Make scroll-stopping creatives for campaigns and ads - the kind that get screenshotted, not skipped.
- Print ads and typography-heavy work where the letters are the design.
- Design across the board - digital, TVCs, full campaigns.
- Own ideas start to finish: you pitch it, you build it, you ship it.
- Keep our visual identity tight and consistent.
What we need from you:
- 3-5 years doing graphic design for real - a portfolio beats a CV.
- You genuinely know Photoshop and Illustrator, not 'familiar with'.
- A real feel for typography and print.
- Attention to detail bordering on mildly unhinged.
Bonus points if you:
- Follow Indian politics closely enough to have opinions about it.
- Can turn a complicated message into one clean visual.
- Work fast without your quality falling apart.
