SR/TL MERN Stack Developer-Webingo Infotech Solutions LLP
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of web applications using the MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js).
- Handle projects end-to-end, including requirement gathering, architecture planning, development, testing, deployment, and post-deployment support.
- Manage and mentor a team of developers, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality code standards.
- Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to understand project requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Conduct code reviews and establish best development practices.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams and participate in deployment, CI/CD, server management, and application monitoring activities.
- Identify project risks and proactively implement solutions.
- Ensure project timelines, milestones, and deliverables are met efficiently.
Required Skills & Qualifications: Technical Skills Strong hands-on experience with MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
Experience
- in designing scalable and maintainable web applications.
- Knowledge of REST APIs, authentication mechanisms, and database optimization.
- Good understanding of DevOps practices, deployment processes, CI/CD pipelines, cloud hosting, and server management.
- Familiarity with Git, version control systems, and Agile development methodologies.
- Leadership & Management Skills Proven experience in handling projects independently from start to finish.
Experience
- managing and mentoring a team of at least 3–4 developers.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to allocate tasks, monitor performance, and ensure project success.
- Communication Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident in client interaction, requirement gathering, and stakeholder management.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Preferred Candidate Profile 3–4 years of relevant experience in MERN Stack development.
- Demonstrated stability in previous employment with a consistent career track record.
- Self-driven, proactive, and capable of taking complete ownership of projects.
- Strong leadership mindset with the ability to guide teams and drive results.
- Extroverted and confident personality with excellent client-facing skills.
